I meant "User Login" at https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html instead of "Track Status" at the same webpage, but in @ramsay1212's case, his application number was generated by BLS personnel...so for him I guess the only way to track is at BLS site Track Application

instead of clicking on Track Status button, did you login and check status of the application submitted (on seva webpage)?

Can you use a family member's phone? or call BLS service number?

Why can't you surrender your Indian Passport and get surrender certificate at Passport Seva Kendra in India? Then travel with Canadian Passport and surrender certificate?
