    Guys, my current CRS is 399 adding my husband ielts score will increase our CRS to 404. However, on 14th Nov is my birthday, our score will decrease again. If i received NOI before my birthday, is it ok to proceed with OINP?

    Hi, I've just read from news that Saskatchewan expanded their ocupation list. My NOC is included in the demand occupation list. My question is, can i apply even not residing in Canada? . Pls advise. TIA
