Anyone recently got hearing date from Vancouver office ?

My wife is sponsor and yes she came to India to visit me and my family in April

IAD gave us appeal hearing date third week of July but they cancelled it by saying minister unavailability. Now we are waiting for new date.

Bc Bcz I have to do some affidavits from my family in India ,like letter of support I am just wondering if in case these affidavits don't reach on time to my lawyer then can we submit on the day of hearing. Also please give me format of letter of support from my family in India if anyone does...

Idk why they didn't give us ADR . May be they think our case will solve in full hearing . Can you tell me that if we have to submit more proofs now or on the day of hearing ? Like India visit of my wife and photographs etc.

Can you please help how I can win appel , my refusal reason was bad faith in marriage as my and my wife's family was not in the family , no age gap.
