    Thank you all, My parents are actually separated for 3 years now (not for immigration purpose). They are not legally divorced but they have enough document to show that they leave in different city for last 3 years. Does this help to waive my dad's exam without rejecting my mom.

    Scylla, Even if we send a request to withdraw my father's application right now (we are given 30 days from last Thursday to do the medical exam), they will reject my mother too. Thanks

    Hi My parents' application is at the stage that CIC requested for Medical Exam. My father is too old and he can not make it. He decided not to get the PR and I want the application continues for my mom only and to withdraw my father. I wonder if I should send a letter now and request withdraw...
