hello, i apply my spouse permanent residence file in may 31st 2017.she is in india.she passed medical exam and pcc.but still showing me background check- not applicable in online account .can you please tell me is it currently update of may applicant.because still file is in process.

I got my wife file number 31st june 2017.but when i try to make online account with this file number.its show me we couldn't find file number.

I am permanent resident.i sent my wife file via canada post to mississauga 30th may 2017.and file delivered on 31st May 2017.but its almost one month and i didn't get my wife file number. Can you please someone tell me how many week taken for getting file number?
