Figured it out had to go to the next page got it just hope they accept picture of the receipt also it was for visa payment but I am the sponsor and I sent on my wife's behalf and signed my name am sure that's ok. But also mp office sent it to immigration just in case

Actually I no what this is now the 490 it's the refundable fee if my wife does not get a visa This amount is for the visa which some people pay In the beginning and some do not but to avoid delays it should be sent off with your application
