Background check still says in process. It only change when they gonna stamp your passport. On that day background check will change to completed.

Around December 20th background check changed to NA On Feb 16 background check changed to in process again. Feb 19, Status changed to decision made and received PPR email.

It is very very close to PPR. We got PPR email within 3 days.
