I received medical request today , but why not the bil at the same time.. they already know whether the biometrics is needed or not…based on my nationality !!!!

If you are the sponsor give them. your UCI number... the number on yourr Record of Landing and on the PR card

1-888-242-2100 from Canada. , They will ask your name, DOB , Place of birth, date of application etc..... Once you're identified and application found , there is a temporary number they give it to you for future communications.... At least you will know your application is with them

Just call them , they will update you, at least with a temporary file number..... still early to worry...

2 différent agents said there is no note !!!!’

it's internal (Canada) 14 days and still not delivered if returned

But still (as per the agent ) there should be an internal note in the system, which is not the case

Like I said he couldn't find the file with the temporary number (like before where they easily find it with the same temporary number) , then he rec confirmed with either the name and DOB or receipt number.

No no doesn’t make any difference, I had the same issue and all what the lawyer do is sending webforms and calling.Don’t waste your money. Finally i re sent the file successfully without lawyer. Just take your time and double check

I cannot believe them ; it’s just a way to keep you waiting since they don’t have a valid answer.
