Hi! My EOI still has no status. Why the scores are so high. Mine was only 599. Will they draw my EOI? When?

I am about to submit my eoi for overseas skilled worker this month. I've been thinking if i will push through with my plans of apply for Selkirk instead in Winnipeg where my sisters and relatives live. I need extra points and its the only solution i can see. But ofcourse i will live to Selkirk...

I am about to resubmit my Expression of Interest this Aug. 25 but i am quite confused if i still need to retake IELTS Exam or not because my IELTS result will expire this coming Nov. 8, 2017. I need your advice. Pls. let me know what do to. Thank you
