Same here too! They added my spouse in my portal account too. When I called them to check agent told me officer know that your spouse is Outland and eventually when your spouse be here in Canada you need portal for Pr card.

In my case, I called the customer care and updated the address. Anyways, if you are in Canada, they gonna send you portal confirmation and you have to submit the address for the delivery of PR card.
