I applied for visitor on May 31, completed biometrics on June 1st. I emailed them many times, they replied on me after one and half month that they received the biometrics. However, the biometrics were updated on June 28.

It took 28 days for my biometrics to be updated online. My application is still in progress:(

Any one having problems in biometrics? I've received the biometrics letter online, completed it at ASC on June 1st. The status is still asking to submit biometrics, though.

I've applied online from the USA, completed my biometrics 3 weeks ago, but status didn't update since then and still asking for my biometrics. Looks like online system is not working properly.

How did it go with you guys? Did you get biometrics updated? Did get your visas? I'm having same problem. I gave my biometrics on June 1st 2017 at ASC and still didn't update.

But it's been two weeks by now!! I sent a case specific inquiry two days ago and still nothing happened.

Hi Guys, I submitted my online application for a visitor visa on May 31, got the biometrics letter and completed the fingerprint at ASC, Detroit Michigan on June 1st. However, my application status still says my action is required and biometrics needed!!! Any advice please?!
