My point was there is no option to upload consent letters from parents with their passport copies. The only optional document we could possibly upload is a letter of explanation. How should we proceed? -

Thank you Bryanna! We answered "Yes" to the question, now the IMM 5646 form is no more in the checklist. The online application document checklist does not include authorization/consent letters from the parents. Will my brother still need to have them with him to cross the border? Thank you... -
