My agent is telling me to book flight directly to toronto and not to land in montreal because the PR is for ontario province and (Quebec province) montreal immigration department might cancel your visa. My itinerary is INDIA -DOHA-MONTREAL-TORONTO through qatar airways. Please help me out !!!!
