so basically CSE is case specific enquiry, which is an email you send to a visa office. It is located on the cic website, go to "find ur visa office" or something like that and then scroll down to the country part list, find the country ur applying from and it shows which visa office processes...

So I sent the email on June 3 and the medical status changed today (June 7), i did not get an email, you just have to login to cic and check ur status. Dont send two case specific enquiries, just one, i think they get annoyed or delay the response action if u send more than one. Just be patient...

Although I'm not an expert, logically speaking yes it is the final stage, however if you have something wrong or faked something on your physical passport, then you probably will get rejected.

omg i have the same problem right now did upfront medical, attached it on submission, now it gave me form for medical exam "we have requested a medical exam" status. Applied on 6th may still waiting.
