My second marriage was in another country and she didn't wanted to join me in Canada and the marriage ended in 1 year. I didn't sponser her. So, do i need to still mention her details even though cic has no records of her ? Please advice.

I have been in more then one relationship before (i.e. marriage). Do i need to list both the earlier relationships or the one which is in file with cic ? I haven't sponsored anyone before but was sponsored 8 years ago. The form only has space for details (i.e. DOB, Type, From, To) for one...
