Got a letter saying that they need the police check within 30 days or my application could be rejected. I am currently living in Canada so I sent my police check away to the FBI in the US but im not sure it will be here for the time they need it. Will they reject my application?

To link my permanent residence application online it needs me to sign in. BUT its impossible!!! When I made the application it did not have my city so i selected the "other" option. (picture 1) When I go to link my account its asking for my city BUT it does not have the "other" (picture 2)...
