Hello, I'm still waiting for the Oath email. I think people are saying it can be expected days before the Oath date. I'm also curious if they changed the Oath text but I don't think they have to since there's a line there for "her heirs and successors"?

Finally. I'm scheduled for the Oath Ceremony on October 11th. I'm from London, Ontario but my application is being processed by the Vancouver office. I had to appear for an online interview through Microsoft Teams on August 31st as well.

Another update today. My Oath Ceremony is scheduled for October 11th :) There's hope folks. I hope everyone will see progress in their applications shortly.

Are you still waiting for the Oath invite? I also got an update today. Everything is now marked completed except for Ceremony and I'm wondering how long it will take.

Oh Cool! Thank you for sharing. I got the passport copy request on July 1 and I responded the same day. Some people get their applications completed during those interviews so I hope yours go through well! I check my tracker several times a day but so far--- no progress. Hopefully soon.

Hi Folks - I'm a July 2021 online applicant based in London, Ontario. I found out that my file is assigned to the Vancouver Office. They requested scanned copies of my passport which I provided on July 1st. No update since then. Sigh.

Hello - how long did it take for your application to complete after they requested the scanned passport copy?

I submitted mine in early July. When did you apply for Citizenship? I read on the website that you have to be in Canada for the oath and to send them an email if you are not then they'll give you the next steps.

Sigh. Do you know of anyone from other forums who went through the same situation but saw movement on their application? Just trying to find some ray of light here.

Hey Folks - I'm in the same situation. They requested scanned copies of the pages of my passport over a month ago. Did any of your applications move forward after the passport request?
