I called them yesterday around 3pm and waited for 8 mins to get connected. (I pressed 7 - Express Entry) My PP was delievered on July 10th and almost 4 weeks passed. The agent said my CoPR was printed on July 18th already and he would leave a note on my application to expedite delievery. Hope...

Then it's been only a week. It used to take 10-14 days a few weeks ago.

We're in the same boat. How long have you been waiting? My passport was delievered on July 10th.
