Yes, and they said that they can't issue it here, only in Spain.

I'm currently living and Brazil and 4 years ago I spent one year in Spain studying. Now I was trying to get my Police Certificate from Spain and It is impossible to issue it without going fiscally there. Also I don't have anyone that can go in my place or any company that could do this for me...
