NOA was missing for past 2 years and they thought that I do not meet the LICO requirements for those 2 years.

My file was rejected with the reason that we do not meet the LICO requirements for the year 2020 and 2021 since I did not provide the NOA for those years. So I reapplied with NOA for those years along with udated paystubs until the new file submission. Thank u
