Hello, My parents got PR granted in 2022 with visa expiring Nov 2022. Due to Covid related health constraints they were not able to travel at that time. Now my brother is also going to travel to Canada and my parents have no one to take care of. Is it possible to reinstate that granted PR.

I applied for my MIL from India by July to be available for my Wife's delivery.It is imminent for us to have her here. Its pending in Bio-metrics stage, is there any possibility to ask for to exempt Biometrics and ask for IRCC to start processing application.
