Xyrus is right. Sorry, I was confused with this. You can pay online at CIC website.

You would need to pay Rs 21,440 or CAD 490 via bank draft in favor of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi. And - You cannot pay online at CIC website. That is only for CIC Mississauga. Now you have to pay to New Delhi.

Bhartha, This is a standard preformatted PPR letter. I think, you would already have paid that fee while you applied for sponsorship in mississauga. If you see the letter closely and find that there is a key word "If not already paid" next to the PR Fee, then only you should bother about paying...
