I'm on a visitor record waiting for PR through PEQ . I got an employer who's willing to do LMIA. But the company is in Ottawa. The job is software development so mostly remote. Would there be any consequences on the PR application and the 'attachment/ties to QC' thing?

It will take between 35 and 40 days since you applied to get an answer. I wouldn't be freaking out if you still within this range. They update the processing times for the applications they're working on every 10 days I think so don't worry.

Hi . Sorry for the late reply. My lawyer told me there is something called -I think- " CSQ related work permit". Since I am studying in Quebec, all I need is to obtain the CSQ and find an employer. I will be then granted closed work permit until the PR is issued.
