    Apparently, student visa is a type of TRV so having a TRV is a good as having a student visa, using which you can enter Canada and get study permit issued at the airport.

    Yes, I actually raised a complaint at the CIC website. They processed my application after that.

    Raise a request/concern. I did the same, and got my visa in 3 hours.

    I am with you on this. I applied on 29th June, online Delhi. July folks getting letter, june last week folks are taking the heat! Please update in case you get any communication.
