Absolutely absurd to have a quota for family reunification. But this govt is not really for the people. There is a petition going around in the other discussion in this forum for increased the limit. Please sign if you feel it’s right.

Yeah absolutely! Not having your spouse with you makes the wait 10X tougher. My TRV is even stuck for 2 months now. Nothing is moving. Im starting to hate Quebec.

Hope you get it soon :) I have a similar situation like yours. Only thing I applied TRV on Aug 6. No movement after that. Can I ask where you applied from. I mean PA's country?

It is horrible. Quebec govt should be held accountable. No wonder they never win in Montreal where most immigrant families settle.

Applied for TRV on Aug 6th. No update whatsoever yet. I’m so anxious. Spousal PR has everything complete.

Are they even issuing TRV approvals? I applied Aug 6th. The processing time has passed but I haven't gotten any update. TRV from India. Applied Spousal PR and everything on portal is complete.

My CPC is Sydney, and it was forwarded to VO New Delhi after Sponsor approval.

Anybody receiving Passport requests from spousal sponsorship Outland from Quebec? what are your timelines? It’s been 4 months since my application. Biometrics, medicals, CSQ all approved. Background check in progress and eligibility not started. TIA
