Hi all! ECAS shows Decision Made!! Background check went into progress on October 4th and less than a month later Decision Made! Now the wait for COPR. Does anyone know how long it might take to receive after decision is made for PA living in England? Are they usually mailed?

In the guide for question 3 it clearly says do not include the sponsor or family members that are already permanent residents or Canadian Citizens. Individuals that will not be included in the undertaking should not be included in this total.

We received letter on Sept 18 advising of the transfer of application to London VO. Would this be considered the start of the background check?

Hi Ahsan512, Based on our own experience. ECAS changed to IN PROCESS and one week later in ECAS the comment appeared "we started processing your application" in the number 2 slot pushing medical results received to number 3 slot. The letter confirming transfer to LVO came by email two days...

Sent consent form for notes 8/24 in the evening New form requested 9/19 Resubmitted 9/20 Received notes dated 9/21 by email on the evening of 9/22

We had to resubmit the form and received notes three days after. Total time from original request to receipt of notes was 29 days.

Hello Samshar, Regarding the comment about additional documents being uploaded. Just a thought but did you after uploading then go on to sign and transmit to the IRCC? I've seen comments on other threads about missing the "next" button after uploading. I would certainly request notes at this...

PA status on ECAS only says application received 2/28/2017 and medical results received. That is it! So forthcoming they are (not) with information! GCKEY has very little except saying : Your application is in progress You passed the medical exam You do not need an interview Blah. blah. blah...

We have never received notice of our application ever being sent anywhere. It should have gone to the London office as my husband is a British citizen but to date we have no idea as to where the application was sent.
