Its Study Visa -Non-SPP (university) Category. Can I undergo medical treatment without embassy email ?

I have applied on 30th March offline from pune. I didnt undergo medical test before application submission as i heard embassy notify us within one month for the medical. Its been approx 1 month but i haven't received any notification from the embassy. Do you guys have any idea how to go about it ?
