Hi! It's for a Temporary Worker Visa. After the medical exam, I got refused. They were fast to issue a medical request and fast to refuse. Ouch! Wasted a lot of money, paid for my wife and kids and just like that, gone. I will put all the details once I get hold of my file. Thanks for asking.
