I got a document request from CIC and when sending them email, the email is bouncing back saying IRCC mailbox is full. Has anyone faced this?

Thank you. 1 more question - I was out of Canada for 18 days (including 2 Weekends) for vacation. Though it was paid vacation, would these days count in 1 year experience OR do I have to wait another 18 days?
