hi, I thought brith cert isn't required for primary applicants.. unless you have dependents like children, you need it for them. Any idea why they asked from you? And what if someone don't have the certificate with them now.

Hi dear! I'm running into an issue. 1. In the transcript request form / release of academic records.. there is field for first and last name of official completing the form (please print). My university is only writing the designation of the person.. and they are handwriting it. Not "printing"...
