You dont need to separately mention housing loan. You six months statements will show the outflow and your ability to maintain required funds even with the outflow. That should prove it. Home loan is pretty common.

The photos that we give should be less than 6 months old. If their application form has same pics and application was done more than 6 months ago then that could be a reason. But you never know what else could be the reason. Sometimes need to just follow what they ask :)
