For people who had a virtual oath ceremony after the pandemic started, how long did it take to receive the Citizenship certificate in the mail? It has been over 2 months since my oath ceremony (Oath ceremony: October 9, 2020) and I still haven't received my citizenship certificate.

My ecas status changed to 'decision made' probably sometime in August, 2020. The status was 'in process' for several months even after my test in January 20, 2020. I received the invite over email.

I am in the same boat as well. I passed the test on January 20th, 2020. There was no interview (they only checked my id and gave me my test result at the time of the interview and said I was done) and was told I would receive oath within 6-8 weeks. I see from past months that 'decision made'...

From what I noticed, I was able to log into ecas with my application number a day after getting my AOR.

Yes, we need to provide the most recent NOA.

You can track using the VFS tracking website. You need to enter your tracking number and date of birth. It will say whether its being processed or dispatched.

I submitted on June 8 too. And it is still being processed a Canada Visa Office, New Delhi.

Yes, unfortunately GCMS notes takes a month. If you are august 1 applicant you should hear something pretty soon.
