Oh wow. I didn't know that. But even when I submitted my app for my PR I already included my PCC. They never asked a new PCC from me. It took 15 mos for the immigration to make a decision for my application.

1. After a month 2. When I submitted my mom's application, I already included her PCC. CIC never asked me to submit it again. Her PCC was issued last May and she got DM 1st week of Jan.
