Hii Can I apply for a visa under Non Spp category after a six years plus gap(working for that time)? I have got 7 band in Ielts with band not less than 6. B.Com 54% 12: 63% 10: 58% My student visa also got rejected for May intake(don't know the reason yet) So can I apply again?

I really do hope that it's not a rejection. I've applied in 17 march no replies yet. I've even spoke to them, emailed them and also visited them. Still no response. The only answer is it's a peak time. Let's hope for the best but it's really frustrating.

Even doing this won't work as they don't even respond to this. Not even an acknowledgement for that form. Even if you do that in the end of that you would see that the maximum response time is 28 days i.e. Another 4 weeks. Enough to screw us when we r already screwed.

I don't know for which day these guys from Bangalore visa office are waiting for and how many application they have put on hold.

Have you received any mail or msg for the reason of the delay. Or have you guys raised a query with the VFS?

Any body who got any update on visa for non spp from Bangalore VFS. I've applied in second week of march and still haven't received any email or any update on status of my application. Only status for more than last 5 weeks "Visa application xxxxxx is being processed at the Canada Visa Office...

I 've applied on 17 March and even my application is at the Bangalore. Please use the web form on CIC website for any enquiry regarding application. They will only reply if its over normal processing time.
