Do they keep record even after i withdraw this application?

I applied for visitor visa canada application in October 2020 through online i also received biometric request but haven't given biometric yet due to covid situation. now i want to withdraw my application. now i want to know that will it affect my future application? do they keep record of this...

i have applied on 20th of march through online, no updates yet....but hey guys it will definitely come have a lil more patience and pray to god...

where to contact them they are not replying even i applied on 20th of march online and colleges r going to start from 2nd may still no response from CIC.

Hiii....anyone have a idea about how to or where to contact CIC if normal processing time as they are showing 5 weeks in India has already elapsed?.. its getting more frustrating as i have applied on 20th of march through online but no update from CIC and orientation day is 2nd of May...

how many of you have still dont have visa yet who have applied in march for may intake.....

my classes are going to start from 5th of may and 2nd of may is orientation, so just 1 week left for me....
