Hi I sponsored my friend with his family on Manitoba PNP. He landed few months ago and was unsuccessful so far in finding a job. Is he eligible to apply for a welfare (financial) assistane? If Yes, does that have any negative impact on me as a sponser?! Thanks in advance for your input.
