I had applied for my student permit online so I contacted them by using the web form in the CIC website. You would find it in CIC>>Contact Info>>Enquiries>>Submit a case-specific enquiry.

I got the same email yesterday. Phew took two months for it.... Now waiting for my VISA and passport to come back to me. I am travelling on 22nd April. I hope they deliver my passport before that date. :D

Hi I applied for my student permit online on 12th February 2017. Still it is getting processed. I waited for them to send a medical form for my medical test but they hadn't sent it for more than 6 weeks. So at the end of March I mailed them saying its been more than 6 weeks of processing time...
