Yes I am outland,skilled worker overseas but under recruitment mission(Strategic Initiative)here in our place so we were interviewed by an immigration officer from Manitoba,we were given an invitation to aplly which give us 500points.Your brother should wait for the regular draw.

I am an outland applicant, mine also took 61 days from pending to in process.Maybe this week or next week your application will move to in process.Goodluck!

Hi! If you submit your EOI and did not yet receive LAA then you have to wait then afterwards submit full application to MPNP,this is the time you upload needed documents and pay a fee..if you log in to your account you can see your status of application.Hope it helps
