    Is work experience is calculated up to submission date or up ITA date?

    Also interested in this. Are you certain that you can count the work experience from 2 different NOC's together to get to the minimum 1 year of skilled work experience under CEC? I'm hoping to change jobs after 9 months in as I've got a better offer but don't want to jeopardize my EE application.
