S15 means the security screening is done, and they received all the info and now need to finalize it, s21 means the security is under process and they are waiting for 3rd party to reply back.

based on what you said, the application seems to be gone for SS. You can find most of the recent updates on the second page_ ASSESSMENT section. also in the same page, or the page after, there might be a code starting with "s" in top right corner of the page. If there is any please provide it...

I know a case who got PPR after 15 months, but not too recent. Unfortunately, all other cases I know are in the same boat. at least they all have passed a year.

What's you nationality , if oyu don't mind me asking. It seems that all iranian CEC applications are going through this extended SS. My date are in my profile, my AOR is OCT 27, 2016 and I am still waiting for PPR.
