I'm in the same position as you are. They've sent an ineligible letter in July 2018 for my Jan 2018 application. I kept writing them, but, unfortunately they send the same drafted e-mail, everytime I request.

Hi, Since the status says accreditated, you should get an option "download report".once you download the PDF file, that can be used to claim the points. If you don't get an option,please wait until they update it.
