Appreciating your reply... I tried to this link and i checked ability.. I was eligible to apply for Work Permit Outside Canada. I got 3 forms, One of them is IMM 1295E, IMM 5707 for family information and at the end IMM 5257B schedule 1 and other documents for my spouse (principle applicant)...- ANUJA TRIVEDI
