Hi All, My paternal uncle is a citizen of Canada. As per IRCC requirements, I uploaded his passport copy, a recent utility bill and citizenship card. My uncle could not find his birth certificate. Is it ok to use overseas identity card instead of birth certificate in this case? Regards

Does this apply when you live abroad? Because in that case, you can not adjust address history. Will IRCC not deduce that PCC is invalid when it shows applicant as resident at the same time when he/she was resident in another country?

Salam All, I am due to visit Pakistan next month. Can I apply for PCC in the last week of being there so that it is issued only after I leave. That way it would satisfy the condition that "PCC for the previous country of residence should be obtained after your last stay in the country"?
