A technical glitch most likely. Wait for a few days and if it still doesn't get resolved, raise a technical query.

I had raised a technical query with CIC on the 22nd of July, I passed meds on the 26th. I had a reply from them the same day (26th) informing me that it's a technical glitch. BGC status is NA2 now

Does CIC acknowledge the receipt of such reports ? I mean, I know that's the only option I've got, but want to take that route only if it can help.

This has been the status of my application for the last 2 days. Medical status reads "If you need a medical exam, you will receive a message" BG Check status reads "your application is in prpgress. We will send you a message when we start your background check"

This is happening with only a few of us; while the majority is not facing this issue. Does it still look like a bug ?
