Thank you everyone! My parents visitor visa have been approved and they received 10 years multiple entry visa. It took more than 2.5 months but finally with the approval.

But any idea how long it will take? I filled an inquiry form (application is taking more than the processing time) but it says that they will reply within 24 business days. Normally how many months it takes if application is delayed. What else I can do to find out how long it is going to take?
