I got an agent looking into my application. The explanation is that I have indicated single and common-law in my previous application. I need to write a letter of explanation and submit it. At least it does not require notarization.

The above question is referring whether you took courses studying English, not whether the course is conducted in English. So be careful what you select there.
I can guarantee you it is not going to be 3 business days. It is referring to preliminary check that is no more than a search from their data base. For Fingerprint, it takes 2-3 weeks. I am currently waiting for it and this is the third week.
I just received the above request from CIC. I am very sure I am not in a common-law relationship. My question is, how can I provide proof that I am not? This request really confuses me and I am here to seek any advice.
