    URGENT - Processing Payment Issue

    I didn't even get to enter my payment information. I pressed the button to go to the payment page then I got an error saying it was down for maintenance. Logged back in to find my profile status as "Proccessing Payment". I submitted a technical support ticket but want know how long it will take.
