Guys, The site https://aesdirect.census.gov/ doesn't seem to work. Can anyone give help me how to get he ITN for export.

So I can start the process of importing the car or get the car imported(take canadian plate) & apply for a nexus card, that way I can cross the border without much hassle. Typically, how much time does it take to cross the border with the nexus card?

@Mthornt import process as in?? Do you get a nexus card without being a US or Canadian citizenship?

@Bs65 Could you please explain the last line of your comment, From 1 August 2020 each time you leave Canada the 5 year period is reset at each entry, that is the 5 years preceding each entry must show 730 days in Canada so keep this in mind when you ever leave the country after 8/2020.

@dopehead I went to a Walgreens and they have a software which lets the photographer chose the specification of a photo by country. It even let's the photographer know that she/he needs to sign & stamp the back of the photo.

I see the following comment on that case, "Cased was cancel due to not providing Original Iranian PCC. I just provide certified true copy due to error."

So I called the FBI help desk they said they would open the application after 6 weeks and process it within a week and would ship it the next week. So I believe it would take a minimum of 8 weeks for the complete process to get the clearance.
