I was wondering how long does it usually take for Colombo to process the file. I applied 2017 Jan and file transferred in april.... but haven't heard anything ....

I did call the same CIC number but they only told me that its in process . Tell her to be more particular with her questions and ask if she is approved as a sponsor and that its been over 2 months.

I am in the same situation. They received my application Jan 25th and we received ARO1 Feb 12 and linked and added PC and Sec A . But no sponsor approval letter. I even called them they said they are working on it. I feel that each officer is doing something different. I would call them.

Thanks for your reply. I do use my ECAS all it says it they have started processing Feb 5th.... but no SA letter

Do I as the sponsor also need to have a separate mycic account and link the same application ? I am confused as I have not received my sponsor approval letter yet; only my partner received a letter to link application and they requested PC and Schedule A which he also ready did mid feb.
