Got my passport today, funny that the day of issue in visa is 18 September... What were they doing all this time? Also, I remember reading that I can enter before the medical expires... The visa actually expires next year November

Same boat as you. My passport is expected to be delivered today. What I did was create a FedEx account (free) and send them a blank FedEx shipping label with that account number. You might want to send them using the same account so that you know it works :)
